173700 Pulling out of hangar. Time hack on WWV was late yesterday, but
should be good. Did not top off LN2 this morning, but it should be good
from last night's flight.
174947 Take off. Did not get the exact time as I was setting the
date/time generator.
1755 Turned cryo pump on.
175713 Got digital data for VCR going. It is 9 seconds slower than
computer time.
1759 At 5600 m. Licor: 33.5; Cryo VCH: 9.36 V.; VCL: 9.97V; Cryo mass
flow rate: 0.81 l/min.
1800 Cryo Bal: 0.026; TST: 160; Flow rate 0.7 l/min.
1805 Bal: 160.52; VCH: -10; VCL: +10; flow rate: 0.72; Cryo not working.
1811 2DP has a lot of noise. A lot of images are being generated, but
nothing real.
1813 Turned 2DP off and back on again but no improvement. We are not
being cleared for airspace at this time due to UAV blocking us from getting
to altitude.
1824 Cryo unit appears to be in good agreement with other two dewpoints
at this time. Just got clearance from ATC.
1827 At 34,000', heading 330.
1827 In cloud. Getting 2DC and FSSP data. 18 mi SE of CART site.
1831 Plan is to get to the CART site and spiral as tight as possible
over the CART site to cloud top. Presently still in cloud.
1835 Beginning spiral ascent.
1836 Visual of UAV below us. Getting 2DC images. Cryo is not working
again.
1837 Out of cloud.

spiral ascent. Getting 2DC images.
